• Confirmation of covers given to the Client with Invoices in prescribed format.
• Broker’s recommendations submitted to the Client for approval and ratification.
• Policy documents forwarded to the Client.
• Recommendations from Risk surveys discussed with the Client.
• Risk Management reports of Client reviewed and strategies agreed for specific Risk Management studies to be carried out.
• Compilation of insurance reports and delivery to Client.
• Client staff training needs to be identified.
• Review on Monthly Claims Reports submitted to Client.

In addition to the above client services, 21st Century also arranges various reinsurance placements for and on behalf of local insurance companies when they are unable to meet the required limits requested by clients.
